Job Title: Family Support Partner – Children’s Mobile Crisis Team Services (CMCTS) - PER Diem

Location: Reed Street, Philadelphia
Schedule: Per Diem, Weekends and Shift Pick-up

Hourly Rate: $24.04 per hourThe Family Support Partner will facilitate family support groups. The Family Support Partner pairs with the CMC team to provide support to youth in crisis and their families. The Family Support Partner provides emotional support to the caregiver and fosters empowerment and expression of family voice. They share parts of their own stories as an intentional way of helping caregivers develop motivation and actionable insight. Building upon family strengths, the Family Support Partner supports the caregiver in ways that addresses the behavioral health needs of the youth. The Family Support Partner models, trains, and coaches the caregiver in relevant skills.
