The Specialist will work directly with residents to identify strengths, address barriers, connect families to services, and support housing stability, wellness, education, employment, and overall family success. ▪ Support and coordinate programs such as after-school activities, health and wellness events, education workshops, job readiness activities, onsite classes, and other family-centered services.

▪ Engage residents through outreach, one-on-one support, group activities, and community meetings to understand priorities, identify barriers, and connect families to appropriate resources.

▪ Collaborate with property management, resident leadership, schools, service providers, and community partners on neighborhood safety, resident engagement, and family support initiatives.

▪ Assist with program development, resource coordination, grant-related activities, and local site initiatives that strengthen services for residents and families.
