【工作概述 Job Summary】

負責飯店日常會計與財務管理，協助叢集財務總監提供財務領導與營運支持，帶領財務團隊確保財務穩健與合規。

Manage the hotel’s daily accounting and finance operations, supporting the Cluster Director of Finance in providing financial leadership and ensuring strong financial performance and compliance.

【主要職責 Key Responsibilities】

編製與分析財務報表（P&L、資產負債表等），確保帳務準確與合規
Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.

負責預算編列、財務預測與營運分析
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

管理現金流與營運資金，強化內部控制與風險管理
Oversee cash flow, working capital, internal controls, and risk management.

監督稅務申報及內外部稽核
Supervise tax compliance and internal/external audits.

協助制定年度營運計畫與財務策略
Support annual business planning and financial strategy.

提供管理團隊財務建議，協助決策制定
Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.

帶領並發展財務團隊，提升組織績效
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.

【應徵條件 Qualifications】

大學以上會計、財務或相關科系畢
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3年以上財務／會計相關經驗
Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience.

具飯店財務經驗（必要條件）
Hotel accounting experience is essential.

熟悉財務報表分析、預算控管及成本管理
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.

熟練 Excel；熟 Opera／PeopleSoft／Micros 尤佳
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Opera, PeopleSoft, or Micros preferred.

具良好分析能力、溝通能力與領導能力
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
