Far Eastern New Century/R&D Center/Senior Vice President(AI-related Semiconductor Materials)

1. Develop and execute the company's technology strategy and product development roadmap for AI semiconductor materials.
2. Lead the R&D team in new material development, technology validation, and mass production implementation.
3. Lead the development of semiconductor-related materials, including packaging materials, high-frequency low-loss materials, polyimide materials, optical interconnect materials, and other advanced materials.
4. Drive material characterization, reliability validation, and failure analysis (FA).
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and suppliers.
6. Monitor industry technology trends (e.g., Advanced Packaging and Chiplet technologies) and evaluate opportunities for adopting emerging technologies.
7. Oversee project management, budget control, KPI achievement, and talent development.
8. Support patent portfolio planning, technology partnerships, and the integration of external resources, including industry-academia collaborations and technology licensing.
