FARM ADM. RIO SUSANTO CPD
Job Summary**
Responsible for the administrative management and operational support of the Rio Susanto Commercial Poultry Farm, ensuring efficient data management, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
Job Responsibilities**
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of poultry production, feed consumption, mortality, and other relevant farm data.
* Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to farm operations.
* Prepare and submit reports on farm performance, inventory, and other administrative metrics to management.
* Assist in the procurement of farm supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, human resources) and external vendors as needed.
* Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll-related documentation.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
* Assist in the scheduling and organization of farm activities and personnel.
* Provide general administrative support to the farm management team.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration, agriculture, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an agricultural or poultry farm setting.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent data entry, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
