Responsibilities
- generate new business through outbound calls, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Manage inbound/outbound leads quickly and professionally to maximize conversion.
- cross-sell and upsell
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Attend training and continuing education courses/in person and virtual.
- Handle customer renewals.
Requirements
- License preferred -willing to train- licensing assistance available.
- 1 year of prior customer service experience is required
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish to cater to diverse clientele.
- Must be comfortable cold calling
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
