Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Mount Vernon, WA

Start your insurance career with Farmers Insurance District Office of John Meikle. We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented sales representative to join our Mount Vernon office.

No insurance experience required. We provide training, leads, and hands-on coaching to help you get started. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is welcome.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Follow up with provided leads and build your sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Quote and sell Farmers insurance products once properly licensed.
• Keep accurate CRM records and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Enjoy working with people and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Be comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
• Stay organized and manage multiple customer conversations.
• Be motivated by sales goals, open to coaching, and willing to learn.
• Work full-time in our Mount Vernon office and obtain the required Washington insurance licenses.
