**Working Hours:** 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (Sundays are working)
**Salary:** Hike based on experience, skills, Interview, and last drawn salary

## Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Fashion Designer specializing in menswear collections**. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of men's fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and design development. The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs that align with the brand's identity and target customers.

## Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new menswear collections based on current fashion trends and market demand.
- Create sketches, mood boards, design concepts, and technical specifications.
- Select suitable fabrics, colors, prints, trims, and accessories for different collections.
- Develop designs for men's shirts, trousers, T-shirts, jackets, ethnic wear, and other apparel as required.
- Coordinate with sampling teams, pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams.
- Monitor sample development, fittings, garment construction, and finishing quality.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors' collections and emerging fashion trends.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, customer preferences, and production requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely completion of collections.

## Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of menswear design, garment construction, and fabric selection.
- Proficiency in fashion illustration and design development.
- Knowledge of pattern making, garment fitting, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is preferred.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sampling and production teams.

## Qualification & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in menswear collection design is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating menswear designs will be given preference.
