Synopsis:
We are building an application support practice for US fashion and retail clients and are looking for a hands-on lead with deep apparel ERP experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead L2/L3 support for apparel ERP and EDI integrations for US clients.
- Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Mentor a small support team and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
- Work directly with client technology leads and report on service performance.
- Identify and deliver automation that reduces manual support effort.
Requirements
- 7+ years hands-on with a fashion/apparel ERP: Blue Cherry strongly preferred; AFS, Exenta, Infor Fashion or similar considered.
- Strong X12 EDI knowledge (purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, warehouse documents) and trading-partner issue resolution.
- Advanced SQL Server; Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.
- ITIL-style incident, problem and SLA management.
- Excellent communication with US stakeholders; willingness to work US-overlap hours.
Good to have
- ERP upgrade or migration experience, scripting/automation, AI-assisted operations.
