Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Employment: Full-time - Onsite
Shifts: 07:30pm - 04:30am IST
Responsibilities
- Resolve L2 issues in an apparel ERP and its EDI integrations for US clients.
- Investigate order, shipment and warehouse transaction errors.
- Run scheduled support activities and keep SOPs current.
- Work in a rotational shift model supporting US time zones.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on with a fashion/apparel ERP: Blue Cherry preferred; AFS, Xeneta or similar considered.
- Working knowledge of X12 EDI documents.
- SQL Server for investigation and data validation.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or a similar ticketing tool.
- Good written and spoken English; open to rotational and night shifts.
Good to have
- Reporting tools (Crystal Reports or similar), monitoring dashboards, Python or shell scripting.
