Retail Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and styling advice.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Operate the cashier and process payments, returns and exchanges.
- Replenish stock and maintain an organised sales floor.
- Ensure merchandise displays are neat and visually appealing.
- Assist with stock receiving, stock counts and inventory management.
- Support daily store operations and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Friendly, positive and customer-oriented.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
