Job Responsibilities

Provide personalised fashion consultation and recommend suitable clothing based on customers’ preferences and requirements.
Promote and sell tailored suits, shirts and fashion products to achieve sales targets.
Take customer measurements and coordinate with the tailoring team for fitting and alterations.
Follow up with customers on fittings, alterations and order collection.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Maintain product presentation and ensure the showroom is well-organised.

Job Requirements

Strong interest in fashion, tailoring and customer-facing sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and service-oriented personality.
Previous experience in fashion retail, tailoring or sales will be an advantage.
Comfortable with sales targets, customer consultations and commission-based incentives.
Professional appearance with good attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
