Fast Casual Counter Server

Our Front Counter Team:

• Knows the products and their ingredients forwards and backwards
• Has never met a stranger - invites guests over as they stroll by
• Communicates well with the kitchen to work together seamlessly
• Keeps the front counter clean and ready for guests
• Inspires their team mates to ask them for help
• Understands the balance of great service and efficiency

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus
