What You'll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest. You'll work alongside your teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly while providing the friendly, efficient service Chick-fil-A is known for.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive customer service
• Taking and preparing orders at the front counter and drive-thru
• Handling transactions and ensuring order accuracy
• Maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas
• Assisting guests with questions, requests, and dining needs
• Supporting teammates during busy meal periods
• Following restaurant procedures, food safety guidelines, and appearance standards

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Willing to learn new skills and accept feedback
• Able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 20 pounds
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training to help you succeed!

Schedule & Availability

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with varying shifts throughout the week.

Friday and Saturday availability is required. Because weekends are an important part of our business, we're looking for dependable team members who can consistently work these days.
