FB&R Manager (non-gaming)

The Food, Beverage and Retail Manager (non-gaming) is responsible ensuring quality customer service and providing a sanitary environment for preparing food and rendering retail services. The manager will ensure profitability through inventory control, correct pricing, and reducing waste. The manager will direct and organize activities and create friendly atmosphere for guests and help adjust and handle service complaints of customers and employees. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the food and beverage department as well as retail services and staff are compliant with State/Federal/Tribal policy and procedures, regulations, and ABLE laws. The Food, Beverage and Retail Manager (non-gaming) will work hours appropriate to meet the needs of business, which may include nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
