Summary:
Office position, entering data in excel spread sheets and submitting reports in EAB software.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with answering telephone, taking messages, filling correspondences, running errands on campus, and dropping off supplies at ASC locations.
Greets office guest, answer questions and direct to proper individual(s).
Data entry into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, files reports in EAB.
Provide quality customer service.
Prepare materials for all programs and events.
Collaborate and communicate with supervisor.
Must have work study permit
