Federal Manufacturing Inside Sales Specialist
Build the next breakthrough in Federal manufacturing readiness. Phillips Corporation is seeking a driven Inside Sales Specialist to transform customer needs into complete, high-value solutions that keep mission-critical equipment performing at its peak. You will own and grow opportunities across preventive maintenance, training, technical services, software, consumables, parts, and aftermarket support—bringing together leading manufacturing technologies to help Federal customers reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and manufacture their mission. This is more than account support: you will challenge convention, create new service offerings, uncover untapped opportunities, and build trusted partnerships that make Phillips indispensable throughout every stage of the machine life cycle.
You will rapidly master your territory and pipeline, use CRM insights to deliver a confident sales forecast within your first 90 days, and collaborate across sales, service, contracting, and technical teams to convert complex Federal requirements into clear, winning strategies. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $65,000.00 and $85,000.00 per year plus commission. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience selling in a technical environment, preferably manufacturing technology.
- Proficient knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other CRM type platforms) is essential.
- Must be comfortable selling/communicating and to executive, engineering, and technician levels in the US Federal Government.
- Due to the nature of our business and the customers site requirements, U.S. born citizenship is required for this role.
