• Location: PAN India (Including Kolkata)
• Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
• Experience: Freshers to 1 Year (Min 6 Months EXP require)

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates to promote digital payment and fintech products such as FASTag, NCMC Prepaid Cards, and POS Machines. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, merchant onboarding, product installation, and activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell digital payment products, including FASTag, NCMC Prepaid Cards, and POS Machines.
• Identify and approach potential customers and merchants within the assigned territory.
• Acquire new merchants and onboard them for POS machine installation.
• Ensure successful activation and regular usage of POS machines and prepaid products.
• Educate customers and merchants about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and merchant onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for installation, activation, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales or marketing experience can apply.
• Willingness to work in a field-based sales role.
• Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital payments and fintech products.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field.
• Customer-focused approach and merchant relationship management skills.
• Basic smartphone handling and reporting knowledge.
