Role Summary (職務摘要)
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks related to aircraft engines and associated components. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Responsibilities (職責)
Engine Maintenance -

• Perform engine disassembly, assembly, engine test, maintenance, and repair of engines and related components.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.

Task Execution and Follow-Up -

• Track and document maintenance tasks to ensure completion and compliance.
• Follow up on repair tasks to ensure operational readiness.

Administrative and Supervisory Support -

• Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Safety and Daily Maintenance -

• Complete daily maintenance checklists to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during operations.
