Female Admin & Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Admin & Sales Coordinator to manage daily operations, coordinate with multiple agents and suppliers, and actively generate new business opportunities. The role also includes basic social media management and content creation.

The ideal candidate is organized, sales-oriented, and confident in sourcing, handling, and closing clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily administrative tasks and documentation

· Coordinate with multiple agents, suppliers (especially China-based), and clients

· Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and handle order processing

· Actively source and generate new clients through online research, social media, and direct outreach

· Conduct client visits, presentations, and build strong business relationships

· Maintain and update client database and sales records

· Assist in sourcing uniform materials and products

· Manage social media accounts (Instagram), including posting and engagement

· Take product photos and perform basic editing for marketing use

· Ensure smooth communication between internal team and external partners

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in admin and sales role (uniform, apparel, or similar industry preferred)

· Proven ability to source new clients and close deals

· Experience coordinating with multiple agents and international suppliers (China sourcing is an advantage)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

· Ability to handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups independently

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure

· Willing to do client visits and field work when required

· Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram) for business use

· Basic photography and photo editing skills

· Knowledge of uniform materials, sizing, and production process is an advantage

· Existing client network in UAE (hospitality, corporate, salons, clinics, etc.) is a plus
