Our client is a restaurant and lounge currently hiring experienced Bartenders for their team in Abu Dhabi
What will you do?
- Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
- Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
- Deliver best-in-class drinks to specification consistently and in a timely manner as per company standards
- Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the working environment and ensures that daily cleaning rotas are adhered to
What are we looking for?
- Experience and passion for mixology
- General mixology and liquor knowledge
- Curious attitude, always learning and exploring new ideas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning club/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia
- Creative
- Performs well under pressure
- Fluency in either Russian, Arabic, or Balkan languages would be an advantage
