FEMALE CLIENT EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday)

Salary: ₦200,000 monthly (plus attractive bonuses)

We are a premium wellness and preventative healthcare company offering weight management, aesthetics, Pilates, dietitian support, feminine wellness and longevity services.

We are looking for a female, presentable, bubbly and commercially minded Client Experience Executive who is excellent at customer service, retention, face-to-face sales and CRM management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and serve clients professionally.
• Manage the front desk, WhatsApp, telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Explain services, convert enquiries into purchases and encourage rebookings.
• Follow up with leads, existing clients and inactive customers.
• Maintain accurate client information and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Handle appointments, check-ins, payments and client concerns.
• Work with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
• Support wellness events and corporate enquiries.
• Suggest ideas to improve customer experience, retention and sales.
• Carry out general store duties, errands and administrative tasks when required.
• Conduct client consultations.
• Meet assigned KPIs and targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female and professionally presented.
• Minimum of four years’ relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a wellness clinic, medical aesthetics clinic, private healthcare facility, premium spa, luxury hotel, premium gym, Pilates studio, private members’ club or luxury retail environment.
• Practical experience using CRM or customer-management systems.
• Proven customer-service, retention and sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Previous experience with weight-management products, social media, wellness events, B2B marketing or B2B sales would be an advantage.
