Be the Difference in Someone’s Day
If you’re compassionate, proactive Personal Assistant (PA)
or Health Care Assistant (HCA) and great at supporting someone with full care
needs, this could be the role for you.
Meet Our Client
Our client is a lovely
young lady who has scoliosis, epilepsy and a visual impairment. She
communicates verbally; however, her speech can sometimes be unclear. She also
uses signs and Makaton to support her communication.
Due to poor balance,
she requires support from two carers when walking outdoors and primarily uses a
wheelchair when away from home. She relies on her support team to help keep her
safe, promote her wellbeing and support her to access activities within the
community.
