我們在找一個聰明、願意學的人，跟著營運長近距離參與公司全面營運。你不只是助理，你是執行觸角——從生產線到帳務，從行銷策略到人才管理，每個角落你都會碰到、看到、做到。

We're looking for a sharp, dependable person to work directly alongside the COO across every dimension of the business. You won't just assist — you'll execute, learn, and grow fast across all five pillars: production, sales & marketing, people, R&D, and finance.

你會做什麼 What You'll Do

生產 Production

• 追蹤產線進度與品管流程，確保出貨品質與時程達標
• 協助供應商溝通、原物料採購追蹤與庫存管理
• Track production schedules and quality control processes; ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
• Coordinate with suppliers on procurement and inventory management

銷售與行銷 Sales & Marketing

• 協助業務開發、通路管理與客戶關係維護（含實體店、電商、企業禮贈）
• 支援品牌活動企劃與執行，包含節慶行銷、展覽、媒體合作
• Support channel development and key account management across retail, e-commerce, and corporate gifting
• Assist in campaign planning and execution, including seasonal promotions and brand events

人力資源 People & HR

• 協助招募流程、員工訓練資源整理與排班管理
• 跟進員工問題，協助建立內部 SOP 與工作流程文件
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
• Help build and document internal SOPs and operational workflows

研發 R&D / Product Development

• 參與新品開發討論，協助整理市場反饋與競品資訊
• 追蹤研發時程，協調研發團隊與生產的銜接
• Participate in new product development discussions; gather market feedback and competitor insights
• Track R&D timelines and coordinate handoffs between development and production

財務 Finance

• 協助製作週報、月報，追蹤各部門 KPI 與預算執行
• 整理財務數據，支援營運長做決策分析
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports; track department KPIs and budget execution
• Synthesize financial data to support COO decision-making

基本條件 Requirements

• 學歷不拘，能力說話
• 英文讀寫溝通能力（口說流利尤佳）
• 具備基本 Excel / Google Sheets 操作能力，對數字有感
• 有專案管理經驗或使用過 PM 工具（Notion、Asana、Trello 等）者加分

• Education: open — we care about what you can do
• English reading, writing, and communication skills required
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with data
• PM experience or familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.) a plus
