This opportunity is open to candidates with an electrical or mechanical engineering background and offshore wind experience.

Previous HSE/EHS experience is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for technically skilled professionals looking to develop their careers in offshore safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Support offshore HSE activities and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor offshore operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Identify potential hazards and support risk assessments and safe working practices.
• Work closely with offshore teams to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with safety briefings, incident reporting and other HSE-related activities.

Requirements

• Offshore wind industry experience is essential.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English is a must.
• An electrical, mechanical engineering or related technical background is preferred.
• Previous HSE/EHS experience or relevant safety qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts.
• Comfortable working offshore and travelling by vessel.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.
