Do you work in telecommunications installations or customer activations and are you looking for a stable project with an indefinite contract in a large hotel company? At Mac Hotels, we are looking for an Indoor Plant and Provisioning Installation Technician to execute the connectivity deployment in our hotels and subsequently take over maintenance.

Additionally, we invest in your future: if you do not master fiber optic fusion, we will provide and finance specific fusion splicer training during the first 6 months so that you can boost your professional career.

What you'll do

• Indoor Plant in Rooms: Laying of corrugated tubing, passing through pre-connectorized optical connections, and sealing while respecting the hotel's fireproof sectorizations.
• ONT Installation and Provisioning: Physical mounting of the ONT in the room, SC/APC connectorization, verification of the optical reception level, and provisioning of services (Wi-Fi, Voice, TV).
• Repurposing copper networks: Connectorization of analog telephony (RJ11) and coaxial television (F connector) wiring to ensure triple play in the room.
• Testing and Recording: In-situ verification of coverage/speed and complete photographic and digital registration of the activation per room (MAC, CTO port, power).
• Level 1 Maintenance (Phase 2): Preventive maintenance of rooms and first-level technical support for customer and guest incidents

What we're looking for

• Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Telecommunications Installations or Microcomputer Systems and Networks (SMR).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in telecommunications channeling/indoor plant and at least 1 year in installation and sustained activation of ONTs or routers.
• Valid OSH (PRL) Accreditations (Essential): Telecommunications OSH training, Working at Heights, Electrical Risk, Confined Spaces, and Driver's License B
• Attention to detail: Neat, clean, and respectful attitude towards the environment of an operating hotel ("a room is delivered perfect or it is not delivered").
