Job description:
Our client is one of the leading telecommunication providers in Malaysia, offering a wide range of mobile plans and services to meet the needs of its customers, these includes Postpaid, Prepaid, and Broadband services to customers nationwide. The company has invested heavily in its network infrastructure, and has built a high-speed, Fiber-Optic network that covers most of the major cities and towns in Malaysia.
- Manage and complete full-fledge home-fibre installation.
- Solve customer problems by offering product solutions and giving them the best product experience.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers.
- Meet performance KPI and sales value that has been assigned.
- Coordinate complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, & Smart Home).
