Your tasks
- Actively reaching out to private customers
- Consulting and sale of fiber optic connections as well as telecommunications products and services
- Establishing trusting customer relationships in a personal conversation
- Arranging consultation appointments and forwarding them to Telekom Shops
- Clarification of outstanding customer orders and maintenance of relevant data
- Supporting regional sales campaigns
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, for example as a merchant in retail trade, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, or a comparable commercial or sales-related qualification
- Over one year of professional experience in sales, field service or direct sales
- Confident and convincing appearance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Enjoying personal customer contact
- Knowledge of the telecommunications environment or willingness to develop it
- Willingness to travel in the sales area
