Field Application Engineer (ANZ Region)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) region. Based in Taiwan, this role involves collaborating closely with the ANZ Sales team and directly engaging with customers to address technical challenges and provide solutions. The primary focus will be on embedded computer product lines, but the role also requires supporting the full range of ADLINK products for ANZ customers.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Customer Support & Problem-Solving: Act as the technical point of contact for ANZ customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical inquiries and challenges. Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues.
2. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the ANZ Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process. Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and presentations to customers.
3. Customer Communication: Foster strong relationships with ANZ customers through direct communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams for product improvement and development.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, PM, and AE, to address customer requirements and ensure product alignment with market needs.
