Your new role

As a Field Application Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, providing expert guidance throughout the design cycle to deliver innovative connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with customer engineering teams to provide technical support and application expertise.
• Engaging customers early in the design process to identify and secure design-win opportunities.
• Understanding technical requirements and proposing suitable interconnect solutions.
• Collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to support customer roadmaps and future developments.
• Supporting customer engagements across Southeast Asia through occasional travel.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in applications engineering, connector technologies, interconnect systems, or related industries.
• Exposure to data center infrastructure, servers, networking, storage, or power solutions would be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
