Field Application Engineer-Internship

Sangfor Technologies Italy offers a Field Applications Engineer internship designed to give hands-on exposure to electronics, debugging, and customer support across international projects. You will work with a mentor, gain practical experience, and have a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers during POC or after-sales inquiries. Track, maintain and resolve incidents and provide reports to customers. Install devices and integrate them into customer environments. Deliver technical training for partners and/or customers. Escalate issues to RND to resolve product problems. Create technical documentation for projects and internal knowledge bases. Engage in domestic and international projects. Fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing relevant bachelor’s degrees. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in italiano (C1+) and English (B2+) for client communication. Self-motivated with enthusiasm for learning.
