Field Application Engineer【內湖園區】

1. Coordinate with engineers ,PM to ensure system can achieve customer and internal
requirement .
2. Provide quality spec. and do the inspection to make sure system product meet the
internal and customer requirement .
3. Coordinate with engineers ,PM to support customer issues .
4. Make the document and SOP of debugging ,RMA and customer supporting .
5. Responsible for handling the first level for all technical matters including product
discussions, FA/debug, JIRA tracking/closure and project monitoring.
6. Independently conduct client follow-ups and issues follow-ups.
7. Support marketing events like exhibition or special sales promotion .
8. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
