Opportunity Overview
- Filed application engineer is supporting in the servicing and for the high density BERT
- Support and system debugging in case of failure
- Full Mechanical and Hardware installation in case the full deployment is at customer sight
- Communication with the product team in case of any issues to be reported to engineering
- Daily update and feedback to the PLM on deployment and customer requirement
- Debugging and installation in the field, handles all customers in China from support to product presentation and demos

- Technical Skills: Hardware debugging skills; Software debugging skills; Equipment assembly; Electrical wiring and mechanical installation skills; All MLTP products deep knowledge including: product specs, debugging and customer interface
- Functional/Domain Knowledge: Agile; Communication skills; Very smart in the field
- High leadership skills
- English language to communicate internally
