Field Application Engineer – Simulations and Audio AI

You will own the technical evaluation phase of enterprise deals, from discovery through proof-of-concept work and customer onboarding. You will build demonstrations, benchmarks, and reusable technical assets using the SDK. You will help customers integrate simulation capabilities into ML, signal-processing, and production workflows, answer advanced technical questions, support value discussions, and relay customer feedback into product improvements. You will also provide training, participate in workshops and events, and travel for customer support and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation phase of enterprise deals
• Design and deliver technical demos, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept projects using the SDK
• Solve complex customer problems in audio AI, spatial audio, and acoustic simulation
• Help customers integrate the SDK into ML, signal-processing, and production workflows
• Answer technical questions about simulation accuracy, performance, scalability, and data quality
• Support pricing discussions and value articulation
• Translate customer feedback and objections into product improvements
• Create reusable demos, example projects, documentation, and reference workflows
• Support customer onboarding and training
• Represent the company in technical meetings, workshops, and industry events
• Travel for on-site customer support, demonstrations, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements

• Strong technical background in acoustics, simulation, audio signal processing, and AI
• Hands-on experience with audio ML systems, spatial audio, multi-channel audio processing, and audio hardware development
• Programming skills in Python
• CAD skills
• Ability to combine technical problem-solving with a commercial mindset
• Ability to lead technical discussions with senior engineers, researchers, and decision-makers
• Clear communication skills
