QCT is looking for a Field Application Engineer (System) to join our team in Singapore. As a Field Application Engineer (System), you will need to perform troubleshooting, system level bench testing, analysis and design optimization for QCT’s customers. Your focus is on collaborating with customers and solving their everyday challenges by being an expert in our market segments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of QCT’s hardware technology, OpenInfra and open source related technology
- Provide On-site support to customers if needed
- Co-work with Research and Development OpenInfra and Telco team
- Understand 3GPP and O-RAN related 5G Spec and Technology
- Study and research NFV related technology
- Support Proof of Concept
- Engage into customer implementation if needed
- Provide 1st/2nd line of support
