Field Application Engineer (WiFi Division)

˙Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team (product presentations, solution design)
˙Support customers in PoC / pilot testing, validation, and troubleshooting
˙Handle technical issue analysis and debugging in real customer environments
˙Work closely with R&D to identify, report, and track product issues
˙Assist in network design and validation (Wi-Fi AP, Mesh, Controller)
˙Support deployment, installation, and optimization of customer projects
˙Prepare technical documentation (test reports, application notes, deployment guides)
