This role offers an opportunity to serve as a trusted security advisor to CISOs, security executives, and technical leaders across a rapidly evolving cloud security landscape.
You will combine deep cybersecurity expertise with executive presence to help customers understand and address complex cloud security challenges.
The position blends strategic customer engagement, technical product expertise, thought leadership, and industry advocacy.
You will play a key role in strategic sales engagements, executive conversations, customer advisory programs, and industry events.
Working across customers, prospects, analysts, product teams, and engineering organizations, you will translate market needs and security trends into actionable insights.
You will also help shape content, enablement strategies, technical resources, and community relationships that strengthen market credibility.

Accountabilities
- Advise CISOs, security executives, and other security leaders on approaches to reducing business risk through modern cloud security and CNAPP capabilities.
- Support strategic sales opportunities by participating in executive-level discussions around security architecture, technical positioning, business value, and customer objections.
- Represent the organization as a cloud security thought leader through conferences, roundtables, webinars, interviews, panels, and other industry engagements.
- Translate customer requirements, regulatory developments, competitive intelligence, and emerging security trends into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for customer advisory boards and help strengthen relationships with strategic customers and security communities.
- Own the strategy for customer enablement content and user-center resources, ensuring technical information is relevant, accessible, and valuable to target audiences.
- Develop deep expertise in the security platform, including its console and APIs, and use that knowledge to support customers and internal teams.
- Contribute technical scripts, tools, and resources to public or internal development repositories where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CISO communities, industry analysts, media, security practitioners, and other subject-matter experts.
- Help communicate complex technical concepts in ways that resonate with both highly technical audiences and senior business stakeholders.
- 10+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience, including experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or senior security executive.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security, including market evolution, competitive landscapes, acquisitions, industry categories, and emerging security trends.
- Experience supporting or participating in technical product sales and customer-facing security engagements.
- Proven experience creating and delivering technical and executive-level content through webinars, webcasts, interviews, conferences, and panel discussions.
- Strong hands-on understanding of major cloud infrastructure and platform providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business leaders and explain business priorities and risks to technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable messages for broad audiences.
- Passion for cloud technology and demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging with customers, prospects, analysts, media, and industry experts.
- Strong executive presence, credibility, and ability to influence senior security stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $220,000–$260,000, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
