Field Compliance Coordinator

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Field Compliance Coordinator - Drilling & Workover for a leading oil and gas client based in Saudi Arabia. The Field Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards in drilling and workover operations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires close collaboration with field teams and management to identify risks, oversee safety protocols, and ensure operational compliance.
Responsibilities
As a successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:
- Act as operations division Field HSE Advisor, assigned for division/group rigs for matters related to safety, loss prevention, environment, occupational health, and compliance.
- Conduct frequent internal HSE audits and ad-hoc field inspections per the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System; Saudi Aramco relevant HSE and Operations standards and as directed by Department/Division management, meeting the department operations’ safety objectives and expectations. Complete a separate NCR report for each conducted inspection and develop a SMARTER plan for each attested audit/inspection. This includes assisting engineering, operations, and HSE teams in maintaining existing and developing new safety processes related to risk assessment and management, safety training, asset integrity, safe operations, environmental protection, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, and more.
- Contribute to and/or lead and complete incident investigations through all stages and complete or review all related reports.
- Conduct internal pre-commencement inspections for new rigs as directed and attend or support these rigs to develop action plans for closeout of findings identified by official pre-commencement inspections.
- Pre-assess assigned rigs for RHSEI, Well Control, LPD, Corporate audits, and EPD audits and inspections as directed and attend or support these rigs to develop action plans for closeout of findings identified officially by mentioned audit/inspection teams.
- Act as a mentor to assigned rigs foremen regarding all HSE matters.
- Guide and evaluate rigs’ safety officers for compliance with Saudi Aramco UR Drilling requirements.
- Assess rig workers, leaders, and managers against behavioral safety through frequent rig visits, attending rig safety and operations meetings, and on-the-job HSE awareness; raise reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or a related discipline from an accredited entity or equivalent.
- International safety certification NEBOSH IGC or IOSH or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience related to safety operations in the oil and gas industry with a minimum of 7 years in drilling and workover operations.
- Strong technical expertise in incident investigation, hazard identification, risk management, emergency preparedness and response, and safety management systems.
