Field Delivery Operation Representative

Job Summary
• This role manage end-to-end CS supplier operations, ensure service delivery excellence, and drive continuous improvement across HP's outsourced partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end supplier operations and service delivery performance across multiple outsourced partners.
• Ensure supplier compliance with SOW, contractual obligations, and HP operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on supplier productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs/SLA performance and proactively identify risks, gaps, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional/WW teams on supplier strategy, governance, and execution alignment.
• Lead operational cadence (QBR, MBR) with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead business process management by standardizing operational workflows, governance routines, and cross-functional execution models.
• Drive process optimization through KPI-based performance reviews, issue resolution tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business enablement through service readiness, partner capability development, and scalability planning.
• Conduct root cause analysis for service performance issues and implement structured action plans.
• Provide visibility and reporting to leadership on supplier performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage financial aspects including forecast, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate
work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in service, support, microcomputer industry, or a related field or an advanced degree
with little or no work experience.
