About the Role

Jaridi Limited, a digital media distribution company connecting African newspaper and magazine publishers with readers across Africa and the diaspora, is seeking a Field & Digital Marketer to drive client acquisition, institutional partnerships, and business growth in Abuja and its environs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage public and private institutions in Abuja to promote Jaridi’s services.
• Conduct sales presentations, follow-up meetings, negotiations, and close institutional contracts.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve sales strategies.
• Develop and manage digital lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and email.
• Create marketing materials, brochures, social media assets, and digital pitch decks.
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up with leads using tracking tools and CRMs.
• Monitor campaign ROI, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Track outreach, meetings, field visits, and sales opportunities.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the COO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales, corporate marketing, or institutional client acquisition experience in Abuja.
• Strong knowledge of Abuja’s corporate and institutional landscape, with the ability to conduct independent field visits.
• Experience with digital lead generation, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email outreach, and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and capable of closing deals.
