About the Role
The After Sales Service Electrician supports Jereh’s Midland operations by ensuring the safe installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems across Jereh’s E-Frac equipment, power distribution units (PDUs), control houses, turbine-driven systems, and automated pump technologies.
This is a customer-facing, standalone field service role requiring a high level of technical competence, professionalism, and independence. The successful candidate must be capable of responding to urgent callouts, representing Jereh effectively at customer sites, and maintaining high fleet uptime in demanding operating environments.

- Perform electrical maintenance on systems operating at 24V, 120V, 240V, 480V, and unenergized medium- and high-voltage (MV/HV) equipment.
- Independently respond to after-hours and emergency callouts to diagnose and restore equipment functionality at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to support repairs and system optimization.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including inspections, troubleshooting notes, repairs, and parts usage.
- Apply and enforce safety protocols including MSHA, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
- Travel as needed to support Jereh equipment across regions including West Texas, South Texas, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and other active basins.
- Represent Jereh professionally in the field, ensuring customer confidence during troubleshooting, outages, and service interventions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide field feedback on equipment performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency with electrical test equipment and industrial hand tools.
- Ability to work in adverse conditions (heat, noise, outdoor environments).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical data.
- Comfortable using Windows-based systems for documentation and diagnostics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by operations.

- Familiarity with Siemens PLCs and industrial networking.
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
- Military technical background strongly preferred, particularly candidates with experience in power generation, high-voltage electrical systems, or complex control environments.
