Field Engineer
Role: As Field Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and testing systems related to the audio-visual requirements of a project.

This is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday, on-site, in-office role in our Roswell, GA office.

Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handle various aspects of projects to ensure all equipment operates smoothly
- Train clients on installed systems
- Validate the system drawings to ensure that the designed results are produced
- Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will meet the scope of designed functionality
- Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify project intent, identify problems, and suggest changes
- Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the designed systems
- Adhere to all AV-Tech guided training plans and timelines
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
- Assist with end-user training and ongoing system upgrade opportunities.
- Fulfill occasional travel requirements as needed
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience
- Working knowledge of CAD
- Proficiency with Crestron, QSys, Biamp, Extron, and similar platforms
- CTS Required (or attainable within first six months of employment)
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and good driving record; drug free
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
