This is a technical-strategic position that works closely with our sales team. We’re looking for a professional who is passionate about construction projects from early planning stages to final execution. You should have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and the expertise to deliver tailored solutions and specify the right products for each phase of a project.

What does the role involve?

• Engage with B2B clients in the Construction Industry, including large construction firms, engineering consultancies and key decision makers on the construction industry
• Plan and execute strategies to positionate our Solutions in the market, from Engineering firms yo Construction companies and industrys.
• Posisionate the value of our products and engineering solutions in Engineering professional associations and institutions.
• Identify early-stage projects to collaborate on with the sales team- advising the project from the engineering, and during the project execution.
• Support ongoing projects by providing technical consulting to help close deals.
• Deliver comprehensive technical advisory services during the early phases of projects.
• Manage customized technical projects by developing solutions, technical specifications, and material lists to meet client needs.
• Conduct on-site visits across Bogota and Medellin.
• Support the sales network in presenting technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A specialization or master’s degree in Structural Engineering is a plus.
• Previous experience and knowledge in Structural Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in similar roles, including project management, engineering consulting, or technical-commercial advisory in the Construction Industry.
• Experience with BIM modeling and Lean Construction is a plus
• Conversational English - Intermediate level at least (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal skills across multiple levels
• Teamwork, leadership and Collaboration attitude
• Organized, proactive, and autonomous - ownership to develop the projects and achieve the goals
• Excellent communication skills
