Field Engineer ( Data Centre ) | 20K
Description
Perform field maintenance on servers, storage systems, tape libraries, workstations, telecom equipment, cabling, and data centre facilities at data centres and customer sites
Provide operational support according to senior engineers’ instructions and customer requirements
Assist in incident troubleshooting and equipment configuration management
Support infrastructure activities including system patching, disaster recovery drills, and backup recovery
Requirements:
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
1+ years of relevant IT experience
Willingness to learn and work with multi-data-centre strategic enterprise systems
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate availability preferred
Willing to work at Wong Chuk Hang
