About the role

Join our radio network optimization team as an RF Optimization Engineer based in Central Java. You will help improve 4G and 5G network performance by optimizing new sites, analyzing network quality, resolving site-related issues, and collaborating with customers and delivery teams to enhance the end-user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and optimize antenna physical parameters for new sites in Central Java.

• Prepare professional presentation reports using PPT.

• Handle site-related complaints, communicate with local customers and end users, and drive issues through to closure.

• Monitor daily network KPI indicators and conduct data analysis and reporting to maintain stable network quality.

• Liaise with customers to understand optimization requirements and participate in developing and implementing RF optimization plans.

• Collaborate with the delivery team on site activation and acceptance activities.

• Ensure optimization performance meets customer and network quality expectations.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in 4G or 5G radio network optimization.

• Solid knowledge of wireless communication principles and network optimization workflows.

• Proficiency in antenna parameter tuning, neighbor list optimization, handover optimization, KPI analysis, and related RF optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with 4G and 5G network hardware, including eNB, gNB, antennas, and RRU equipment.

• Experience using mainstream network vendor operation and management platforms.

• Fluent English communication and written reporting skills, with the ability to interact with customers independently.

• Willingness to be based in Central Java long-term.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and pressure-management skills.
