We are looking for experienced Field Engineers to join our team and support day-to-day WAN connectivity operations across multiple regions in India.

Experience: 5 Years Overall
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 Years in WAN/Network Support
Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned circles, regions, or divisions for all WAN and connectivity-related activities.
Provide day-to-day technical support to users for WAN and network-related issues.
Coordinate with OEM TAC teams and NOC/SOC teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Manage and resolve network-related tickets within the assigned scope.
Prepare and share daily link-down reports, including reasons for outages and estimated resolution timelines (ETA).
Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for network incidents.
Maintain and share regular status reports, MIS reports, fault registers, link databases, project implementation updates, and escalation reports.
Participate in review meetings and prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in WAN connectivity and network troubleshooting.
Experience in incident management, ticket resolution, and escalation handling.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Experience in preparing RCA reports, MIS reports, and network status updates.
