Field Engineer (Telecom Installation & Integration Engineer)

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

We are looking for a qualified Field Engineer to handle the installation, integration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of telecom network equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission telecom equipment, including racks, cabling, fiber optics, and power systems.

• Perform hardware validation, network testing, and troubleshooting of alarms and equipment faults.

• Support network upgrades, migrations, cutovers, and service activation.

• Maintain installation records, test reports, and technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom installation, integration, or commissioning.

• Knowledge of DWDM, OTN, IP/MPLS, fiber optics, ODF, and DC power systems.

• Familiarity with OTDR, EXFO/VIAVI, optical power meters, and other telecom testing equipment is an advantage.

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

• Willing to travel and work flexible shifts as required.
