Job Summary We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Field Executives to identify homeowners planning interior projects and schedule qualified site visits for our design consultants. This role involves field visits to residential homes, apartments, gated communities, villas, and commercial properties across Bangalore to generate qualified interior leads. Key Responsibilities- Field Activities Visit assigned residential communities and commercial properties. Meet homeowners and understand their interior requirements. Identify customers planning complete home interiors. Collect customer information and project requirements. Qualify leads based on company criteria. Schedule site visits for the Pro Interior Connect design team. Lead Generation Generate qualified homeowner leads daily. Focus on newly handed-over apartment projects. Maintain lead quality and accurate customer information. Follow company-approved lead qualification processes. Reporting & CRM Update customer details in the company CRM.Submit daily activity reports. Track scheduled and completed site visits. Maintain proper documentation of field activities. Daily Performance Targets 35 Property Visits per Day20 Homeowner Interactions per Day10 Qualified Leads per Day57 Site Visits Scheduled per Day100% CRM Updates Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Minimum PUC / Diploma / Any Degree Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English Comfortable with field lead generation or field operations Smartphone with internet access Willingness to travel across Bangalore Preferred Experience in field sales, real estate, telecom, insurance, home services, or lead generationKnowledge of Bangalore residential communities & commercial properties. Freshers Can Apply Training will be provided.
