Field Marketing Manager
About the Role & Platform
Our client is a fast-growing, AI-driven B2B travel management platform built specifically for global fleets, offshore operators, and airlines. They serve enterprise buyers in specialized industries where relationships, trade press, and industry presence matter.
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager (Senior Individual Contributor) to take full ownership of events, webinars, trade press, and partner marketing. In this role, you will turn industry relationships into a measurable enterprise sales pipeline across global crew travel.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing. To ensure your time is focused on strategy, messaging, and pipeline execution rather than logistics, you will manage a freelance event coordinator who handles shipping, logistics, and operational tasks.
Workplace Culture & AI Expectations:
We are building an agentic marketing team where AI is part of daily work (from account research and personalization to content and reporting). Proficiency with AI tools is a strict requirement.
What You’ll Do
- Event Programme. Own the enterprise events strategy end-to-end (selecting events, setting objectives, pre-event campaign plays, and post-event lead conversions).
- Sales Alignment. Work closely with the sales team to build pipeline before events and enforce strict post-event follow-up processes.
- Webinars & Digital Events. Run webinars as a structured, recurring programme rather than one-off events.
- Trade Press & PR. Build relationships with key trade media read by target buyers and pitch relevant stories.
- Partner Marketing. Turn integration partners into an active co-marketing channel (joint content, joint webinars, and targeted campaigns).
- ABM Campaigns. Run targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns alongside sales for named target accounts.
- Management & AI. Oversee the event budget, manage the freelance coordinator, and integrate AI tooling into daily workflows.
Requirements
Must-Haves (Gate Criteria):
- Proven track record of planning and running B2B enterprise events end-to-end, including budget management.

- Experience running webinars/online events as a structured programme.
- Active daily use of AI tools (for research, personalization, and execution).
- Location & Work Authorization: Right to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA citizenship, valid work permit).
- Work Format: Hybrid setup in Rotterdam — 3 mandatory days in the office (Mon, Tue, Fri) + 2 days remote.
- Language: Fluent Business English (oral & written).
Nice to Have:
- Existing media/press relationships in B2B or enterprise tech.
- Experience in co-marketing with technology or integration partners.
- Experience briefing external agencies.
- Prior exposure to maritime, aviation, or energy sectors.
Benefits
- Salary: €4,800 – €5,500 gross/month.
