Field Marketing Manager
Regulus builds counter-drone systems deployed across military, law enforcement, critical infrastructure and border security customers worldwide. Events are a primary driver of Regulus’s growth. This role sits at the center of that effort, and its performance is directly visible in the pipeline we build.
You will own that portfolio end to end, across multiple international regions: third-party trade shows and Regulus-hosted field events and live demonstrations. This is a hands-on ownership role with full execution and budget responsibility. Business Development leads customer engagement at every event; your mandate is to make that engagement possible - the environment, the materials, the meetings and the follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own execution of the global event portfolio - third-party trade shows and Regulus-hosted field events and live demonstrations: planning, logistics, onsite delivery and post-event close-out
- Manage the designated budget for each event - tracking, control and spend accountability
- Negotiate and manage all event vendors: organizers, sponsorship and speaking packages, booth design and build, demonstration venues and site logistics
- Build and maintain the event playbook - objectives and KPIs per event, pre-event comms, booth and demo site brief, staffing, logistics and post-event review
- Enable Business Development at every event - pre-show outreach and meeting scheduling, briefing materials, collateral and booth readiness, so the sales team arrives prepared and the environment works for them
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on international shipment of collateral, booth assets and demonstration equipment, including customs and carnet documentation
- Run lead capture onsite and hand off to Business Development against an agreed follow-up workflow
- Coordinate co-exhibit and partner presence
- Track and measure event performance, communicate results, and apply learnings to optimize the next cycle
- Monitor the event landscape and trends and competitor event activity to inform portfolio decisions
- Research, plan and run field marketing campaigns that extend our reach beyond the existing event programme, identifying and testing new channels and formats.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in field marketing or event management for a B2B technology or industrial company, with ownership of an international portfolio
- Demonstrated ownership of an event budget and direct vendor negotiation
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events across time zones, with strong project management discipline
- Working familiarity with international freight, customs and carnet processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
- Proficiency with event management platforms and CRM
- English at professional working level; Hebrew
- Willingness to undertake significant international travel
- Operational rigor: detail-driven, deadline-disciplined, comfortable owning logistics under pressure
- Defense, aerospace or security industry experience - advantage
- Experience in a regulated environment with approval and export constraints - Advantage
- A startup mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry and work environment.
What we're looking for (Beyond the credentials)
- Thrives in ambiguity - you build processes, tools and workflows from scratch.
- Owns end to end - you hold accountability for outcomes, not just execution.
- Adaptable and resourceful under pressure - vendor failures, shifting priorities and last-minute change are routine. You absorb them without losing the plan.
